Our Approach and Philosophy

 

Approach:
  • Work together with Aerospace and Defense clients who wish to “outsource” their technology commercialization activities -- “spin-in” and/or “spin-out’
  • Identify opportunities to obtain discriminating technologies with the goal of enhancing revenues and profits
  • Identify opportunities to extract otherwise underexploited value through licensing, spinouts, field of use rights sales, tax benefits through donations to universities, etc.

Philosophy:

  • Risk/Reward sharing with participation in value created
  • Discounted advance against success fees -- shared “skin in the game”
